Roots Air Blower Model AB-42 – Compact Twin Lobe Blower for High-Pressure, Oil-Free Air Delivery
The AKASH AB-42 is a precision-engineered Twin Lobe Roots Air Blower designed for compact installations with high pressure requirements. It operates at speeds from 800 to 1600 RPM, offering air delivery up to 138 M³/HR and pressure capabilities up to 10,000 MMWG, depending on application needs.
Built for 100% oil-free air delivery, this blower features a 40mm inlet/outlet line size and is available in both air-cooled and water-cooled configurations. The air-cooled version suits general applications, while the water-cooled version is recommended for high-pressure conditions above 7000 MMWG.
The AB-42 is ideal for small to mid-scale setups such as ETP/STP systems, pneumatic conveying, aquaculture, and combustion air supply, offering low vibration, low noise, and reliable continuous-duty performance.
